We look forward to our next LESI Annual Conference which will be in-person after many months of virtual learning, networking and mentoring. Venice is a beautiful place — rich in history, business, patents, and technology development since it instituted the first patent laws in 1471.
LES advances the business of intellectual property by helping its members create, protect, and commercialize innovation and manage and monetize intellectual property and technology transfer. This year, the conference theme is “Back to Licensing: Restarting Business and Fueling Innovation.” We will explore transformations in business and licensing — major changes in industries like automotive, communications, energy, healthcare, and fashion – and how those changes have impacted issues and opportunities in innovation and licensing.
